Location: (500 Oak St. S) 30.9 acres, located just North of Bismark Rd and between Pine and Oaks Street.

Playground Equipment: The park offers numerous playground areas with equipment for all children.

Fitness Trail: There is a hard surfaced hike/bike trail that is connected to one of the many hike/bike trail circuits throughout Grand Island. These trails are available for walking, jogging, or bicycling.

Parking Areas: A hard-surfaces parking area is located inside the West entrance to the park via Pine St. Parking is also available along the park drive and Street/Curbside parking is allowed along Oak, Pine, and Bismark Rd.

Ball Fields: There are 2 lighted baseball fields centrally located in the park.

Tennis Court: 2 Tennis courts are located between the Skate Park and Baseball fields.

Basketball Court: None available.

Concessions: There is a concession stand near the ball-field that is available during summer league games.

Picnic Areas: There are numerous Picnic areas with tables and grills available.

Restrooms: 2 Seasonal ADA accessible restrooms are located in the park, one between the park and ball fields and the other at the wading pool.

Shelters: There are 4 large covered Picnic Shelters located within the park.

Other Attractions:

• Pier Park offers the only Skate Park in Grand Island. 

• Pier Lake is located in Pier Park as well and offers fishing for those under 16 and over 65 years old. A Nebraska fishing license is required. Looking for a place to take the kids to feed the ducks? On any given day you will see several varieties of waterfowl making Pier Lake the place to go for the bird lovers in Grand Island. 

• One of the several Wading Pool's in our parks is located on the East end of the park and has off street parking and an attached restroom/bath-house.
